LOOK FOR THE NCC APPROVED BADGE!

Is it Safe? Is it Legal? Does it have NCC Approval?

With increasing demand in the UK for touring caravans & motorhomes, many people will be looking to take touring holidays – but it’s important not to forget safety in your mobile home from home.

So how do you know that what is being sold is safe? For brand new models, the short answer is that if it carries the 'NCC Approved' badge, you can be sure it complied with all the industry construction regulations and standards current at the time when the Leisure Vehicle left the manufacturer's factory.

Another NCC approval status to look out for when choosing your dealer is the Approved Dealership award and the AWS Approved Workshop Scheme. These converted awards offer the ultimate assurance that any motorhome or caravan purchased or serviced at the approved dealership come with the highest level of industry compliance for all safety checks including gas.

All 13 Marquis dealerships have been awarded ‘Approved Dealership’ status by caravan industry trade body the National Caravan Council (NCC). The scheme covers the sales of touring caravans and/or motorhomes, meaning customers can buy in confidence from a network of quality dealers. After passing stringent assessment, all thirteen of our nationwide Service Centres have been awarded the coveted AWS (Approved Workshop Scheme). With our team of highly trained mechanics and motorhome/caravan technicians, you can be assured that your motorhome/caravan with receive the very best care and attention.
