I have recently collected my motorhome from Marquis Surrey following its annual habitation inspection, and full vehicle service and MOT arranged with the Leatherhead Motor Company. From initial reception to the return of the motorhome, Naomi orchestrated the process in a very personable, efficient and professional manner that made me feel a valued Marquis customer. She was thorough and explained everything clearly, including the results of the inspection, and she kept me informed on progress. Full marks to Naomi for customer care!

There I was wandering the forests of Borneo last summer and had my breakthrough moment: 'Why do I need a 3 bedroom house?' It lead through a great many twists and turns, but at last I have a motorhome and a flat with some travel money left. Went to Marquis where I met such professional and knowledgeable staff who were also incredibly kind and patient. Daren was lovely about waiting for the house sale to release money and my fussing over details. Mike gave very thorough training on my first ever such vehicle, and I set off for 2 nights to focus on all I had learnt. Hit a pothole within a few hundred metres and the reversing mirror fell off... a moment of doubt that was soon swept away as the thing drove like a dream once that was readjusted. The first loading from my house was quite arduous, but now have all key requirements and spare crutches and walker in 'Ivan' so now only have to remember to take my blue badge. It was an exciting two nights in Brockenhurst, with very friendly and helpful neighbours and staff who helped with some key features. I locked myself in the first night, then set off the sensors when I moved - lots of those sort of small points - there is a button in the cab! As I turned the first corner on departure I heard a crashing saucepan and thought 'Oh yes, I forgot to close the wardrobe door' - there are many more small things to home correctly and I continue to enjoy that nesting period. My only disappointment - there is no cup holder in the cab to hold my 'go to coffee' that I always rush around with. But wait, the whole point of this experience is to slow down and relax - and I will be able to pull over and make a fresh coffee whilst I sit and enjoy a new view... a whole new world awaits me!

I had occasion today to call into Marquis Ipswich, to investigate the possibility of buying some replacement ceiling lights in my 2009 Elddis Caravan, I called into the Service office to enquire where the parts dept was, I was met by a Steve Macey, who immediately said not a problem, he could help me. The professionalism displayed by Steve, and his willingness to go above and beyond in his efforts to help me were, to be honest very impressive, we were not talking about a lot of money, but he still treated me as if I was buying a top-of-the-range motorhome. I run a retail company, I just wish my staff could display the same enthusiasm and knowledge that Steve displayed. I am not in the habit of writing to companies, but this man is a great asset to your company, and I thought I should make you aware, praise is not nearly as often given compared to complaints.

Having purchased our Mobilvetta K-Yacht 86 Motorhome from Marquis Lancashire, Mike kindly dealt with the handover. Nothing was to much trouble for Mike, he went through the Motorhome from top to bottom and explained everything very clearly. His experience and knowledge of Motorhomes certainly shows through. He was very polite and made our handover experience very pleasing.

On 6 March 2024 I visited the branch at Lee Mill as I had a minor problem with my solar panel display. Nathan confirmed the cause of the fault and suggested that a replacement fuse holder should be fitted so that the problem did not recur. Nathan showed me the replacement and also explained an issue that had arisen with my fridge when a recent habitation service was carried out. Once the work to the fuse holder was done Becky went through the invoice to make sure I understood what work had been done. Becky also went through the cost of future repairs (fridge and roof light) so I was clear on these items. Both members of staff were very helpful.

We have just purchased a Benimar Mileo motorhome from Marquis and have been delighted with the service we received, especially today when we collected our new home from home. Mike (John lol) took us under his wing and talked through all the workings of the van, showed us how everything works and was absolutely brilliant. As first time buyers of a motorhome, we obviously had lots of questions which he answered in as much detail as he could and without laughing at even our obvious questioning. He spent a couple of hours with us and couldn't have been more helpful. He encouraged us to video as much as we needed and nothing was too much trouble. We now have contacts to help us along the way if we get stuck on our trips and feel confident the work done on the motorhome before collection has been completed to the highest specification. Thank you to all at Marquis, especially Mike & Richard, for making the sales process go smoothly and for the attention given to us today, the day of collection. I recommend anyone who values great customer service to definitely make Marquis their first port of call for their new home from home.

Always good service from Marquis. I like the fact that they have 13 branches, gives a sense of security having nationwide support. The staff at Preston are absolutely fantastic and look after your every need giving you that down to earth personal touch. Special thanks to Stuart and Richard especially. We bought a Mobilvetta Kea P80 from Marquis in Preston. Richard the Sales Manager was amazing. I bombarded him with dozens of emails😂 and he was so prompt at getting back to me on all emails and answered all my questions. Very impressive service. The handover of the motorhome was done by Mike, another amazing experience. He went through absolutely everything regarding the outside of the van and then took us inside and did exactly the same thing. He spent 2hours showing us around and then answering our questions. Thank you Mike for your great service.😃👏🏼 Great company and would definitely go back again. Thank you guys😀😀

We recently bought a Mobilvetta motorhome from your Preston branch. Being completely new to this venture we were very grateful for Mike's input and advice at the induction where he gave us invaluable information on how the motorhome works. Mike has also been extremely helpful when we have had to ask him further questions when we took the motorhome back to the dealership to have some small niggles fixed. Thanks Mike.
