A massive thank you to Tina, Mark and the team. I had an issue with the marker lights on my motorhome. This issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed by the excellent service team which allowed me to meet an immovable deadline. Thanks again team.

From ordering our van at the show to collecting it from Newbury we had a seamless journey. Ashley, Martin and the technical staff were very helpful introducing us to our van; always willing to answer our questions when we are out and about enjoying our new lifestyle. Thanks Trevor & Liz

Excellent service from start to finish. Dawn helped us find our perfect motorhome. We only had our part ex for a year but needed to upgrade to a four birth. We got a great price for it and are over the moon with the new one. Dawn kept us updated through out the process she’s, very friendly and approachable. Always has time for the customer. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re new to having a motorhome/caravan or upgrading.

Form our initial visit to our eventual purchase of a used Auto-Sleeper Kingham, the team at Marquis Northants have been brilliant! Especially Kyle! He gave us clear information, didn't rush for us to make decisions and was all round super! Mention also to Wayne for the handover. Thank you! We are able to get on the road again!

We are in our 3rd year of MH all abroad in Europe, we are so pleased we bought from Martin at Marquis Poole . Honestly we have enjoyed every minute of our 3 months trips away, and the back up team in service are on spectacular!! Thank you Bekki and Harriet for your help during our time away and your always happy smiling faces. When and if we change our MH we shall definitely stick with you at Marquis Poole and also I must thank Terry for keeping an amazing team on the ball. Cheers Guys.

We recently bought a brand new Benimar motorhome from Marquis motorhomes and caravans (Surrey/Sussex branch). Adil was the sales executive who dealt with us and was great. He understood where we were coming from and was able to source the right motorhome for us. The deal went through with little hassle. However, with regard to the handover we have to congratulate Ben who dealt with the aftersales side brilliantly. He made sure we had no concerns, answered our questions with knowledge and he and Terry delivered the motorhome to our door perfectly. Ben was very courteous at all times, and kept in contact with us throughout the transaction, nothing was too much trouble. We have just returned from our first trip in the Benimar and it lived up to expectation. We are very pleased with our Motorhome and with Marquis for making it happen. Thank you. Paul & Val Hoad

Recently purchased our Elddis Motorhome from Marquis Ipswich, The whole experience has been exceptional, Whilst viewing the Motorhomes we were approached by Dene the Sales Person, he was not pushy but very informative about the various models on display. He left us to look around in our own time. We found a Motorhome that we both liked and went to speak with Dene in the sales office, We noticed a couple of small issues with the Motorhome and was advised that they would be sorted during the preparation of the vehicle, a deal was done, deposit left and date set to collect. We were kept fully updated by Dene throughout the process. On the day of collection the handover was completed by Gavin who was very professional and informative throughout. All paperwork was completed prior to our arrival by Dene so the whole process went smoothly and stress free. Thank you Dene, Gavin and the Team at Marquis Suffolk.

I am not accustomed to leaving reviews but I must share just how amazing Jason, Neil and Suzie are. Dashing to the Portsmouth ferry, we discovered our habitation water pump had given up the ghost. Looking forward to weeks ahead with no water, we searched the map and detoured to Marquis hoping for any advice they might be able to offer. WOW! Advice?! Without hesitation, these lovely people swung into gear and had our MoHo repaired and us back on the road to the ferry in no time at all. Thank you so much. Note to self: Make sure I keep a note of all the Marquis depots.

Simple process from start to finish guided through what you want what you really need with no pressure by the dates team. Hand over day done by Martin very detailed but as he said you will forget most of what I've shown you (and he's right) but don't worry we are only a phone call away to help. As first time motorhome buyers we couldn't recommend the Marquis team enough.
