Superb service. We bought a campervan and, before our first holiday, we tried the pop up roof which didn’t work. We were travelling the next day but Marquis (shout out to Ben and Jimi) saved the day. Jimi, the workshop manager, needed to order new gas struts but still found a way for us to enjoy our holiday by giving us a temporary (shorter) strut from another vehicle and the tools we needed to reinstall the non-working strut for safe travel. Really impressive! Thank you.

Yesterday, Andy’s team at Tewkesbury, resolved a two year-old issue with our satnav in our Benimar T481. Hoorah! Many thanks to Alvin for his technical prowess and Aimee for her warm welcome.

We purchased our new motorhome from the NEC, staff there were great & very informative & this service continued throughout our process. Neil has been amazing & most helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Also a shout out to Colin who we have dealt with too. You are both a credit to the company. 5 star service so far & hoping this continues.

We were fortunate to be greeted by Miles Carter at the Norfolk Motorhome & Campervan Show at the weekend. We have been looking for a Motorhome for some time now but my husband is someone who doesn't like to be pushed or be given a hard sales line. Miles was an absolute star! He was knowledgeable, professional & took time to understand our situation & what would work well for us. We have now ordered a Motorhome from Miles that we were not previously considering! Miles is an absolute credit to the Marquis group & will have a great future ahead of him I am sure. We eagerly await collection of our new purchase!

Recently taken delivery of our new (new to us) Panama P57 from Marquis Leisure Northampton. Salesman Adam was very helpful and arranged plenty of time for us to examine the van before we committed to the deal. Trading down from an A-Class to a camper van, we had many reservations and practical questions. All were answered with professionalism and patience as we worked our way through the differences. The reception staff (Michelle) took great care of us, lots of lovely tea & coffee in a clead and welcoming environment. Handover was as expected, again professional approach with lots of information and helpful hints & tips. After sales service will be reviewed in a few months when we have more experience of Marquis.

We have just purchased a new campervan from the Exeter branch. From day 1 just going for a look around right through to handover the service from Shaun and Leah has been great. There was no hard sell , left alone to browse all the different motorhomes and campervans. Shaun was very knowledgeable and easy to chat too. All our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. Communication throughout has been good kept up to date with everything. Leah did our handover. Nice welcoming sign, talked through all the features. Thouroughly good service and all staff happy and cheerful throughout. From 2 happy campers. 😊

Fantastic experience buying our lovely caravan from Marquis. Martin in sales was great and Leah did a brilliant job of the handover on a ridiculously hot day. We phoned up with a minor issue a few days after and it was sorted with no hassle thanks to Tina and Bailey and a great technician whose name I didnt get, sorry. Everyone we came into contact with at Marquis has been helpful, knowledgeable and switched on. We can't imagine that we will ever use anyone else for sales or service, in fact for any planned work we will be travelling back to Exeter. Definitely wholeheartedly recommend Exeter Marquis. We bought our first motorhome last month from Marquis Lancashire after visiting their show. The service we received from Mike at both the test drive and the handover was brilliant. He helped us with a few minor snagging issues prior to final purchase. The handover was extensive and not rushed. Being our first motorhome there was an element of trepidation but Mike put us at ease and talked to us in plain terms about setting up. He took time to go over things again when we asked and advised us when to do videos of the handover process for future reference. This has subsequently proved very helpful. We have been out twice so far and are thoroughly enjoying our new Benimar 413 thanks to Mike and the rest of the team at Preston for their excellent service.

A very professional, hassle free purchase from the moment we enquired about a trade in price for our van to exchanging for our new one at Marquis Newbury. We were dealt with by Ashley, but both times we visited all the staff were incredibly sociable and very friendly. A very nice handover process before driving away. Would definitely buy from again based on our experience.
