Whilst Marquis Northants did not supply my Elddis Crusader Storm, I took it there for them to replace the panoramic window which had somehow sustained a crack. The replacement of these windows is not an easy job as they are fixed in place with adhesive rather than mechanical fixings. Despite the job taking longer than quoted the replacement was performed very well and professionally. I found all of the staff to be efficient, polite and helpful.

Marquis were great with our caravan. Went the extra mile to solve our damp issue. Would definitely recommend.

We have just put a deposit down on a used caravan. This is the 3rd caravan we have bought from this caravan dealer formally known as Michael Jordon. They have always been and still are very professional and helpful. Our Salesman was Graham who was delightful and just the perfect person to deal with when purchasing a caravan. Really positive buying experience for a first-time motorhome owner - the team were friendly, knowledgable and supportive with great comms. After service has been just brilliant too, really responsive and friendly team.

We have just picked up our new to us, first motorhome, and we are delighted! There was no hard sell and we felt they were honest with us. Graham was especially helpful and had great energy! He even came in on his A/L for our handover day just to make sure we were happy. Graham also kept in regular contact throughout and afterwards, which made us feel like valued customers. Paul was great in negotiation’s and was able to find another motorhome for us that was more in our price range and we felt comfortable with. Ben was amazing and so knowledgeable and spent time going over the whole workings inside and out on the handover day. There was an issue with our CRIS documentation/ registration, with our old caravan that we were part exchanging but Chris easily sorted this, despite our panic! It feels like we have bought from a reputable company that has very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I know that they are only a phone call away if we need any help with our motorhome which is very reassuring.
