I was at the NEC Camping & Caravan show last week choosing a motorhome. Special thanks to Kyle Pateman who was the best sales representative we encountered at the show over 2 full days and was super helpful/knowledgeable. He went out of his way to answer a lot if technical questions. I would not normally write something like this, but if you are in the market for a motorhome from Marquis then I would recommend asking for Kyle.

Outstanding customer service from casually viewing to purchasing our first motorhome. We dealt with Adil from day one and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Once purchased we had a 2 hr handover from Ben who was very informative and helpful. We had a couple of small issues which were rectified quickly and efficiently by the service department. We highly recommend Marquis Surrey for all your Caravanning and Motorhome needs. Also right by Gomshall train station so easy access if not driving.

Graham was extremely helpful arranging to hold our chosen caravan while we sold our old van that I was sure would take a time to sell but it did & we bought our ideal caravan, Graham always greeted us with a smile, explained the buying process precisely. Ben took time explaining our new caravan’s equipment emphasising that we can call him in future if we have any questions, re-assuring when you know there is always a question you haven’t thought of at the time that the backup is there. Very happy with the service

I have never owned a motorhome before. I contacted their sales team in Gomshall and met up with Graham, one of their Sales Team, who was so friendly and helpful and offered all the advice I needed without any pressure selling. I soon found the right vehicle to purchase.

We finally purchased a Swift Basecamp 2 from mMarquis and we are thrilled. Richard helped us with the purchase of the Basecamp and helped us get set up ready for our first trip, his help and advice were invaluable. The handover was dealt with by Leah. Leah was a delight, so personable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and she was full of sage advice. What a credit to Marquis. Can’t wait for our first trip to a site. We’ve already booked many. Thank you all at Marquis for a great experience.

Following a rear end shunt in my Mileo 243 I needed to source a rubber bung, which was fitted between 2 offside rear body panels. After many days searching online, questioning Benimar Club owners and talking directly to OEMs I drew a blank. This T shaped bung profile was not recognised by anyone. Had the sudden inspiration: why not ask the main agent for Benimar!!! Result. I visited the Marquis Surrey site, explained the issue to Suzanne. She involved her service colleagues and within 5 minutes she was able to produce a sample piece of standard Benimar rubbing strip, which could be trimmed to fit the hole in the bodywork panels. Absolutely brilliant, I so wish I had made Marquis Surrey my first port of call, it would have saved me hours of online queries and telephone calls. First Class performance from Marquis Surrey and Suzanne and the Service Team !!
