I have been taking my motorhome to Marquis Surrey at Gomshall every year for over 10 years. Conveniently located adjacent to Gomshall railway station, they have provided me with consistently good, customer focused service from drop off to collection. They keep you informed of progress and any issues needing attention or something to be borne in mind for the future. Full documentation is provided on completion.

We part exchanged our motorhome and bought a new Benivan. Martin was very helpful, and our purchase went smoothly. The handover was extremely detailed, and everything was explained well. All our questions were answered by a very knowledgeable Phil. We would recommend Marquis to anyone thinking of buying a van.

We would like to thank you, again, very much for your excellent handover. We appreciated the clarity of your explanations and pace at which we moved through the various aspects of the controls and the interior accommodation. Thank you also for your patience in answering all our questions!! We would also like to thank Kyle for his support in selling us the motorhome. At no point were we pressured into making a decision. Finally our overall experience with Marquis has been a pleasure and we will certainly recommend the dealership to anyone who asks.

As first time buyers and new to motorhomes, the experience with Marquis was a good one. From our initial viewing, there was no hard sell and you could look around at your leisure, without feeling any pressure to buy. Dave and Mike were there to answer any questions we had. Once we had decided on 'the one', a Mobilvetta, we were given a date to collect and a time slot with Mike to explain everything to us, in detail. He suggested we video him so we could revert back to it once home and any time we needed a refresh. Nothing was too much trouble. He even put the sim card we had brought with us in for the tv. As novices, Mike was more than happy to answer any questions we threw at him and said if we thought of anything else he was just a phone call/email away. We found everyone to be friendly and professional and would recommend Marquis to everyone.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to you and your colleagues for the service we received during the collection of our new motorhome. From my initial dealings with both you and the service centre last November, to taking delivery, the service has been excellent. On the day Arthur was polite and helpful in resolving the paperwork and Steve was particularly knowledgeable and patient in explaining and demonstrating our new vehicle, despite my numerous questions and interruptions.

It was a one stop shop - as soon as Dawn engaged with us she became the one person who we contacted from the start to the finish. Also must mention a big thank you to the handover chap - a very pleasurable 90 minutes of transfer of precise and relevant knowledge

This was our first purchase from Marquis and found it a very pleasant experience. Dene are sales person was friendly and helpful . He explained the process and kept in touch well. He found us a motor home perfectly suited to our needs.

I was at the NEC Camping & Caravan show last week choosing a motorhome. Special thanks to Kyle Pateman who was the best sales representative we encountered at the show over 2 full days and was super helpful/knowledgeable. He went out of his way to answer a lot if technical questions. I would not normally write something like this, but if you are in the market for a motorhome from Marquis then I would recommend asking for Kyle.

Outstanding customer service from casually viewing to purchasing our first motorhome. We dealt with Adil from day one and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Once purchased we had a 2 hr handover from Ben who was very informative and helpful. We had a couple of small issues which were rectified quickly and efficiently by the service department. We highly recommend Marquis Surrey for all your Caravanning and Motorhome needs. Also right by Gomshall train station so easy access if not driving.

Graham was extremely helpful arranging to hold our chosen caravan while we sold our old van that I was sure would take a time to sell but it did & we bought our ideal caravan, Graham always greeted us with a smile, explained the buying process precisely. Ben took time explaining our new caravan’s equipment emphasising that we can call him in future if we have any questions, re-assuring when you know there is always a question you haven’t thought of at the time that the backup is there. Very happy with the service

I recently took delivery of my first proper campervan. From my initial phone call to when I collected my van, customer service and communication has been outstanding. And the van has been perfect on its first trip! Thank you to everyone.
