Excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff, great site with plenty of room.

We can only state what a lovely experience we had dealing with Shaun, right from the start until our new caravan was delivered to our storage site. We were kept informed regularly by emails and phone calls of how and when the delivery of the caravan might happen, nothing was too much trouble. On the handover day, everything was explained, how it all worked, and we took videos explaining some things just for our use if we got stuck! Would highly recommend Marquis and all their staff, top service by all, thank you to everyone.

I paid a lot of money for my motorhome from Marquis. I'm delighted to say 6 months later I don't regret it. Under the warranty included in the price I have been shown both courtesy and patience from Diane in the after sales team.

We basically came just to look around as wasn’t planning on buying anything as we do have campervan but we saw motorhome and had a good look around and we really like this one plus good space for our two dogs. We also love that the shower is separate from the toilet. We also like the style and the layout too. So we met with Ashley who was dealing with us and the boss on that day. But we felt we need to leave it and talk more about it deeply as don’t want to buy on impulse. We decided to go ahead and spoke to Ashley again and we go through the paperwork and he was making sure we understood everything and we were happy with everything and go ahead with part exchange. Recently we got our new motorhome we love it and it is in storage at the moment so when we soon free to travel we are looking forward to to spend the first night in our motorhome and to many more adventures as we excited.

Since I bought the motorhome from Marquis in April 2025 I have taken advantage of the warranty on a number occasions and Diane and the after sales team have been brilliant. I'm new to Motorhomes and she/they have shown courtesy and patience throughout our dealings. Thank you everyone.

Had a good experience with David and Nick on a purchase of a campervan, we felt at ease with negotiating a deal never felt pressure to purchase at any stage.

Recently Part exchanged our motorhome for another, the process from start to finish with Adam was smooth. Very impressed with the handover by Adam which was very thorough.

I contacted Marquis on a Saturday trying to find a cassette toilet same day. Marquis don't hold stock but offered to remove one from one of their vehicles, which I gratefully accepted. The bonus was a very reasonable price. Adil and Graham were both very positive and helpful. Great customer service - thank you.

In my honest opinion if you are searching for a motorhome or campervan make Marquis at Birtley your first place to look A* right across the board. We had searched motorhome dealerships closer to home but they were dire in comparison to stock quality and value for money that Marquis offered.
