We bought our first motorhome last month from Marquis Lancashire after visiting their show. The service we received from Mike at both the test drive and the handover was brilliant. He helped us with a few minor snagging issues prior to final purchase. The handover was extensive and not rushed. Being our first motorhome there was an element of trepidation but Mike put us at ease and talked to us in plain terms about setting up. He took time to go over things again when we asked and advised us when to do videos of the handover process for future reference. This has subsequently proved very helpful. We have been out twice so far and are thoroughly enjoying our new Benimar 413 thanks to Mike and the rest of the team at Preston for their excellent service.

A very professional, hassle free purchase from the moment we enquired about a trade in price for our van to exchanging for our new one at Marquis Newbury. We were dealt with by Ashley, but both times we visited all the staff were incredibly sociable and very friendly. A very nice handover process before driving away. Would definitely buy from again based on our experience.
