Great friendly and very professional service! On the handover I found it to be very thorough, very in depth and informative! Nothing was too much to ask…thank you and look forward to the start of our new venture!

We liked a caravan we saw on the website, we requested a call back to confirm it was in Exeter, this was actioned at 10 am the next morning. We went to see the caravan and from start to finish Richard was very helpful and professional, answering any questions we had, nothing was too much trouble. We bought the caravan. We had a call from Leah to confirm the collection day 2 days prior, and a chance to ask any more questions which might have arisen. On the day of collection Leah went through everything very professionally with a friendly and patient nature, I felt I could ask any question no matter how small. All in all a very pleasant well oiled experience. Well done team Marquis.

Amazing service during our annual caravan inspection. The team at Marquis Ipswich made me feel welcome and valued as a customer; they answered all of my questions and addressed all of the minor issues I had concerns about, giving me confidence in the work undertaken. They even helped me fit the front tow cover when collecting the van afterwards, always a difficult job if working alone. Great friendly service from a team that makes the effort and goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Already booked for next year, I will be back!

Great service from Marquis Birtley. Second time we have bought a used motorhome from Marquis and yet again great service from Karen. We were kept informed of progress as motorhome was prepared for collection. All jobs we asked to be done were completed and to great standard. Aftercare good too . Telephone call answered some issues we had.

Caravan still under warranty and they fixed an issue with no hassle in an efficient way. Great customer service and thanks to Steve and Scott at the Suffolk branch.

Having had a few Motorhomes and campers and were treated very good each time very professional and friendly never a problem if you pop in always ready to help and a cup of coffee 😊

We would like to thank the whole team at Marquis Motorhomes Berkshire especially Martin and Ashley for the exceptional service they provided to us in the final selection and handover of our Auto-Sleeper Kingham Campervan. They went to great lengths to ensure we where happy with our choice and provided some great tips on how to enhance our overall touring experience. They even called up the following day to see how we got on getting home on our first solo journey - great Customer Care. We are looking forward to the first of many adventure both near and far.
