Bought our Motorhome at Marquis Winchester 1 year ago. Had a problem that was unexpected and potentially serious and Marquis were straight onto it organising a repair kit from the manufacturer and managing the repair through a Fiat main dealer. The problem was resolved fully and professionally and in good time. Now had first habitation service, very happy with the level of detail and a reasonable price. Thank you.

Great visit to Marquis Motorhomes in Poole today – over 70 vans on display which gave us a really good chance to see a wide range of layouts, sizes and specs all in one place. It’s always better seeing them in person rather than online, as you can properly get a feel for the space, storage and overall quality. Some really good options there, especially around fixed beds and practical layouts that would work day to day. The lady who looked after us was excellent as well – really knowledgeable, easy to talk to and happy to answer all our questions without any pressure. She gave us a lot of useful insight into the different models, what works well and what to look out for depending on how we’d use the van. Overall a really worthwhile visit and definitely helped narrow down what we’re looking for. Much clearer now on spec, layout and what represents good value for money. A good step forward before making any final decisions.

Great team. Always happy to help. From buying my caravan they've always been totally helpful. Any work done under warranty has never been any trouble and always done to a high standard. The workshop completed a major repair after an accident and it's perfect. The team were also so helpful in helping recover the caravan. They definitely go the extra mile!

I have been taking my motorhome to Marquis Surrey at Gomshall every year for over 10 years. Conveniently located adjacent to Gomshall railway station, they have provided me with consistently good, customer focused service from drop off to collection. They keep you informed of progress and any issues needing attention or something to be borne in mind for the future. Full documentation is provided on completion.

We part exchanged our motorhome and bought a new Benivan. Martin was very helpful, and our purchase went smoothly. The handover was extremely detailed, and everything was explained well. As first time buyers and new to motorhomes, the experience with Marquis was a good one. From our initial viewing, there was no hard sell and you could look around at your leisure, without feeling any pressure to buy. Dave and Mike were there to answer any questions we had. Once we had decided on 'the one', a Mobilvetta, we were given a date to collect and a time slot with Mike to explain everything to us, in detail. He suggested we video him so we could revert back to it once home and any time we needed a refresh. Nothing was too much trouble. He even put the sim card we had brought with us in for the tv. As novices, Mike was more than happy to answer any questions we threw at him and said if we thought of anything else he was just a phone call/email away. We found everyone to be friendly and professional and would recommend Marquis to everyone.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to you and your colleagues for the service we received during the collection of our new motorhome. From my initial dealings with both you and the service centre last November, to taking delivery, the service has been excellent. On the day Arthur was polite and helpful in resolving the paperwork and Steve was particularly knowledgeable and patient in explaining and demonstrating our new vehicle, despite my numerous questions and interruptions.
