We have just purchased our first Motorhome from Marquis at Sproughton. From our first initial enquiry we were so impressed with Dene who saw us through the whole process. All our questions were answered and the admin side of things went really smoothly. Gavin who did the handover was very thorough, informative and put everything over in a relatable manner. Both are credit to the company. We would not hesitate in recommending Marquis (especially the Sproughton branch) for their professionalism and efficiency.

This is our second purchase via Marquis at Preston dealing with Richard (Sales Manager) and Mike (Handover Specialist) and both have a very professional approach and are both a pleasure to deal with.

Just had our 3rd service done today by your Tewkesbury branch and I have to give a big shout out to the staff that are now working there especially Tom who dealt with my habitation check today, attentive, thorough and knowledgeable, thank you.

We couldn’t be more grateful to the Marquis staff who have provided a first class service from start to finish, setting us up with our new home. Nick from Durham who was our initial contact and struck us a good deal at the Motorhome exhibition and to Terry, Graham and Kevin from Marquis in Poole, who have overseen the transition of our old home to our new home. Bill and Wayne in the Service Department who have helped sort out a couple of minor issues and also for having the peace of mind that they are at the end of the phone should we need them at any time. So friendly, smiley and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you all again for your time and patience. Cannot recommend enough!

I can honestly say that Preston Marquis is excellent in all respects. All departments, especially customer service, sales, servicing and the handover team deserve outstanding praise.

The motorhome was perfect in every way, the layout was what we asked for however, due to our advancing years and lessoning flexibility, we didn't suit the motorhome. We explained the problems to the sales team who were very understanding and sorted us out with a different motorhome and we love it!

We bought our van from Marquis Ipswich. But while in Devon on holiday, we developed an electrical problem. We went to the Devon branch of Marquis to see if they could help. They did sort it out for us and refused to take any payment. We've had our van for eight years, so it wasn't under any sort of warranty. The staff here were so helpful and friendly and determined to put things right for us.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Steve regarding the purchase of our Motorhome. We have just been out for our first trip away and so pleased with everything. We gave Steve our wish list and he couldn’t have done better, it is everything that we wanted and more.

On holiday and away from home in our new Auto Trail F62 and our drop down bed failed to drop down. Near Marquis of Exeter so asked if they could help. Fitted us in at 3pm and then spent an hour tracking down the problem through the wiring loom. All fuses and motor seemed fine. A cheeky fuse on a spur cable off the leisure battery was the culprit. I would never have found it. Had a good holiday and no charge. This is a great team and I wish they were my local dealership.

I can without a doubt recommend the Marquis team and I look forward to many more years of dealing with them. Thank you!

Jamie was extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating and professional throughout the whole buying process and then making sure we were well looked after at the handover time and since. Communication was very easy and Jamie dealt with any questions or queries we had quickly and efficiently, ensuring we were happy with the process at all times. We cannot praise Jamie highly enough and would like to thank him for his time and effort in securing our lovely new caravan for us.

Our purchase in November 2022 was a challenge to Daren at your Southampton branch as we live in Jersey and wanted VAT free plus delivered to Portsmouth Docks for shipping. Daren was a star and credit to your company as nothing whatsoever phased him. A real pleasure to do business with him.

From the time I telephoned in for a habitation service for my motorhome Claire was both professional, courteous and helpful. I was received with courtesy, and served with coffee while I waited. We traded in a motorhome and collected our new one last month. Richard and his team and subsequently the service team have been good to deal with. They have all been very professional whilst friendly. We had an issue after taking the van home and they dealt with this very promptly and again with a great level of service.
