We are seeking a dedicated Shop/parts advisor to join our team. Based in our busy Exeter branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our sales operations. Responsibilities

• Complete Branch Daily Banking and Submit to Head Office.
• Shop/parts Enquiries/Sales - various products ranging from small Leisure Parts/Products to Larger Products, for example, Awnings.
• Ordering & Replenishing Shop Orders in advance.
• Assist with Parts orders in the workshop, working alongside the Aftersales team and the workshop Manager.
• Specialist parts ordering for shop customers requests, using our existing suppliers.
• Complete Seasonal Shop Orders, anything from Cleaning Products to BBQ's.
• Regular Stock Taking, Managing Stock & Orders.
• Place Advance Orders with brand suppliers for the following season working leisure partners.
• LPG Operation / Sales.
• Meeting / Greeting Customers arriving at the Branch / Shop Area.
• Replenishing Reception Area with Refreshments and Clean & Tidy the Coffee Machine.
• Promoting Seasonal Offers, Researching the Latest Demands from Customers with the Latest Technology & Products.
• Managing Small Branch Purchase Expenses Monthly.
• Assisting with Shop/ Sales/parts Enquiries including answering the telephone for shop enquiries.

Person Specification

• Languages - must be fluent in English and be able to write competently
• Excellent verbal communication skills - has the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members and customers
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to adapt to the company's needs in the way we deliver our service
• Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work
• Previous Shop Assistant & Daily Banking experience would be an advantage but not essential

Hours of work are full time. Monday – Tuesday 08:30 - 17:30 & Thursday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30. Saturday 09:00 - 17:00. Flexibility will be required around busier times of the year, with branch events. On Rota every Wednesday off with one Saturday off per month. Expected hours: No more than 41.5 hours per week
