We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our Aftersales team at our busy Exeter branch who can also assist the Workshop, Accessory Shop and Service desk.
We are looking for a friendly, confident and capable individual who can deal with all kinds of customers under pressure and remain professional at all times.
Key Skill include: Excellent Communication Skills, Flexibility, Excellent Customer Care Skills, Good organisation and Administration Ability, Coupled with a Full UK Drivers Licence.
Key Objectives:
As the role and team member progress, the selected candidate will look to complete motorhome and caravan training courses for the warranty aspect of the job.
The end goal is to have a multi skilled member of the team who can step into any role at any given point to allow all departments to continue to run smoothly.
Person Specification
Hours of work are full time. Flexibility will be required around busier times of the year with occasional Saturday cover to cover holidays in the shop.

Salary is £25k - £28.5K OTE and depending on experience.
