The sales team at Marquis Lancashire were very helpful and allowed us to view all types of vehicle making sure we got the right fit for us. We made several to Marquis and unfortunately the original sale person was leaving before we finally made a purchase but we were handed over to Richard who saw us through the final buying process. On the day of hand over Richard passed us over to Mike who went through everything, with regards to the motorhome workings, which left us confident that we would be able to work everything once we got home We were then introduced by Mike to the service and warranty team before returning to Richard for final hand over. We did have a couple of small issues which I dealt with myself but Richard has assured us of his full support should we need it. Buying a Motorhome is expensive and you want to get it right and with the help and knowledge we got from the team at Marquis I believe we've got what is truly right for us. Many thanks for all your help and we will no doubt see you in the future

Excellent service throughout our selection and purchase of our new motorhome. Guy and Ben were attentive, knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout. I have recently collected my motorhome from Marquis Surrey following its annual habitation inspection, and full vehicle service and MOT arranged with the Leatherhead Motor Company. From initial reception to the return of the motorhome, Naomi orchestrated the process in a very personable, efficient and professional manner that made me feel a valued Marquis customer. She was thorough and explained everything clearly, including the results of the inspection, and she kept me informed on progress. Full marks to Naomi for customer care!

There I was wandering the forests of Borneo last summer and had my breakthrough moment: 'Why do I need a 3 bedroom house?' It lead through a great many twists and turns, but at last I have a motorhome and a flat with some travel money left. Went to Marquis where I met such professional and knowledgeable staff who were also incredibly kind and patient. Daren was lovely about waiting for the house sale to release money and my fussing over details. Mike gave very thorough training on my first ever such vehicle, and I set off for 2 nights to focus on all I had learnt. Hit a pothole within a few hundred metres and the reversing mirror fell off... a moment of doubt that was soon swept away as the thing drove like a dream once that was readjusted. The first loading from my house was quite arduous, but now have all key requirements and spare crutches and walker in 'Ivan' so now only have to remember to take my blue badge. It was an exciting two nights in Brockenhurst, with very friendly and helpful neighbours and staff who helped with some key features. I locked myself in the first night, then set off the sensors when I moved - lots of those sort of small points - there is a button in the cab! As I turned the first corner on departure I heard a crashing saucepan and thought 'Oh yes, I forgot to close the wardrobe door' - there are many more small things to home correctly and I continue to enjoy that nesting period. My only disappointment - there is no cup holder in the cab to hold my 'go to coffee' that I always rush around with. But wait, the whole point of this experience is to slow down and relax - and I will be able to pull over and make a fresh coffee whilst I sit and enjoy a new view... a whole new world awaits me!

We were both very impressed with the staff at Exeter. All our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble.

I had occasion today to call into Marquis Ipswich, to investigate the possibility of buying some replacement ceiling lights in my 2009 Elddis Caravan, I called into the Service office to enquire where the parts dept was, I was met by a Steve Macey, who immediately said not a problem, he could help me. The professionalism displayed by Steve, and his willingness to go above and beyond in his efforts to help me were, to be honest very impressive, we were not talking about a lot of money, but he still treated me as if I was buying a top-of-the-range motorhome. I run a retail company, I just wish my staff could display the same enthusiasm and knowledge that Steve displayed. I am not in the habit of writing to companies, but this man is a great asset to your company, and I thought I should make you aware, praise is not nearly as often given compared to complaints.

Having purchased our Mobilvetta K-Yacht 86 Motorhome from Marquis Lancashire, Mike kindly dealt with the handover. Nothing was to much trouble for Mike, he went through the Motorhome from top to bottom and explained everything very clearly. His experience and knowledge of Motorhomes certainly shows through. He was very polite and made our handover experience very pleasing.

On 6 March 2024 I visited the branch at Lee Mill as I had a minor problem with my solar panel display. Nathan confirmed the cause of the fault and suggested that a replacement fuse holder should be fitted so that the problem did not recur. Nathan showed me the replacement and also explained an issue that had arisen with my fridge when a recent habitation service was carried out. Once the work to the fuse holder was done Becky went through the invoice to make sure I understood what work had been done. Becky also went through the cost of future repairs (fridge and roof light) so I was clear on these items. Both members of staff were very helpful.

We have just purchased a Benimar Mileo motorhome from Marquis and have been delighted with the service we received, especially today when we collected our new home from home. Mike (John lol) took us under his wing and talked through all the workings of the van, showed us how everything works and was absolutely brilliant. As first time buyers of a motorhome, we obviously had lots of questions which he answered in as much detail as he could and without laughing at even our obvious questioning. He spent a couple of hours with us and couldn't have been more helpful. He encouraged us to video as much as we needed and nothing was too much trouble. We now have contacts to help us along the way if we get stuck on our trips and feel confident the work done on the motorhome before collection has been completed to the highest specification. Thank you to all at Marquis, especially Mike & Richard, for making the sales process go smoothly and for the attention given to us today, the day of collection. I recommend anyone who values great customer service to definitely make Marquis their first port of call for their new home from home.

Always good service from Marquis. I like the fact that they have 13 branches, gives a sense of security having nationwide support. The staff at Preston are absolutely fantastic and look after your every need giving you that down to earth personal touch. Special thanks to Stuart and Richard especially. Really good café on site too. Makes all the difference.

We bought a Mobilvetta Kea P80 from Marquis in Preston. Richard the Sales Manager was amazing. I bombarded him with dozens of emails😂 and he was so prompt at getting back to me on all emails and answered all my questions. Very impressive service. The handover of the motorhome was done by Mike, another amazing experience. He went through absolutely everything regarding the outside of the van and then took us inside and did exactly the same thing. He spent 2hours showing us around and then answering our questions. We recently bought a Mobilvetta motorhome from your Preston branch. Being completely new to this venture we were very grateful for Mike's input and advice at the induction where he gave us invaluable information on how the motorhome works. We recently brought our Hymer MLT850 van to you to have its electrical and solar panel system upgraded. From the outset Matt was helpful, easy to talk to and keen to give us the best deal. The work was first class and we are delighted with the outcome and Matt must take most of the responsibility for that. Because of him and the excellent service you all provided, we will be back. Since having a Solar Panel fitted by an independent, my Sargent Power Supply Unit burned out. After replacement the entire electrical system continued to fail. Several expensive attempts to repair elsewhere were unsuccessful. Finally, I went to Marquis where James assured me they would resolve the problem. James and Wayne traced the problem to a screw from the solar panel piercing a hidden wiring harness. They effected a repair within a couple of hours and everything is now working perfectly. These guys earned my utmost respect. Lesson learned: Go directly to Marquis for the best service. They really know their trade, and they definitely know caravans. Thanks again.

The 5 stars is for Mike at the Preston branch, did an absolutely spot on technical induction to us newbies when picking up our Benimar Tessoro and got us to video the key bits which has been really helpful on our first couple of trips. We had to return the van to correct a small glitch which Mike rectified swiftly, no fuss or bother. Great Service.

We found the staff and both Ivybridge and Northampton charming and helpful. We noticed this particularly against other suppliers as we did our research to find our motorhome. We will not hesitate to come back!

We have just purchased our first Motorhome from Marquis at Sproughton. From our first initial enquiry we were so impressed with Dene who saw us through the whole process. All our questions were answered and the admin side of things went really smoothly. Gavin who did the handover was very thorough, informative and put everything over in a relatable manner. Both are credit to the company. We would not hesitate in recommending Marquis (especially the Sproughton branch) for their professionalism and efficiency.

I can honestly say that Preston Marquis is excellent in all respects. All departments, especially customer service, sales, servicing and the handover team deserve outstanding praise.

The motorhome was perfect in every way, the layout was what we asked for however, due to our advancing years and lessoning flexibility, we didn't suit the motorhome. We explained the problems to the sales team who were very understanding and sorted us out with a different motorhome and we love it!

We bought our van from Marquis Ipswich. But while in Devon on holiday, we developed an electrical problem. We went to the Devon branch of Marquis to see if they could help. They did sort it out for us and refused to take any payment. We've had our van for eight years, so it wasn't under any sort of warranty. The staff here were so helpful and friendly and determined to put things right for us.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Steve regarding the purchase of our Motorhome. We have just been out for our first trip away and so pleased with everything. We gave Steve our wish list and he couldn’t have done better, it is everything that we wanted and more.

On holiday and away from home in our new Auto Trail F62 and our drop down bed failed to drop down. Near Marquis of Exeter so asked if they could help. Fitted us in at 3pm and then spent an hour tracking down the problem through the wiring loom. All fuses and motor seemed fine. A cheeky fuse on a spur cable off the leisure battery was the culprit. I would never have found it. Had a good holiday and no charge. This is a great team and I wish they were my local dealership.

We traded in a motorhome and collected our new one last month. Richard and his team and subsequently the service team have been good to deal with. They have all been very professional whilst friendly. We had an issue after taking the van home and they dealt with this very promptly and again with a great level of service.
