Overall it was a most pleasant experience dealing with Jonathan in sales who I found to be helpful, humorous, friendly and knowledgeable. Steve was also very helpful and polite at handover. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he answered all my queries after taking delivery. Sally in reception and Martin in service were also polite and helpful.
