We would like to thank Marquis Motorhomes Poole, especially Vicky and Phil. Vicky for all her help the day we came to look at motorhomes. Firstly, asking us all the right questions, what size of van, how many berths and the layout preference. She spent a long time showing us a variety of vans that might suit our needs. The final van we looked at was the Auto Sleeper Nuevo EK Plus. As soon as we looked inside, we fell in love with it. Vicky then went on line and found us the model we loved, and a deposit secured our van that day. Phil was excellent on the hand over day. Thoroughly going through every detail. So thank you both. We are now looking forward to many new adventures. Both holidays and day trips in our beautiful motorhome. Our home from home on wheels. My wife and I decided to attend Marquis Leisure at Preston to view motorhomes and enquire about part exchange for a newer model. After discussions with Phil in sales, we were offered a good deal for part exchange on an Auto-Sleeper Broadway. During the conversation I mentioned that I was awaiting a spare rear light bumper as I'd accidently reversed into my stepson's car, thus resulting in a £650 bill to have it repaired at another garage. I had put a deposit down of £230 until the part arrived and then had to pay the remainder once the work was completed. I asked them in order to progress the exchange, would they be prepared to take over the remaining work and I will pay them the outstanding £420. They asked me to pick up the part when it arrives, bring it over to them and they will repair it FREE, thus saving me £420 (in fact we used the money to pay the tax on the new motorhome)! We were then booked in to have a handover 2 weeks later with Mike Keating - Handover Specialist. We had the handover on Friday 15th November 2024 lasting approx 2.5hrs. I must stress the actual handover specialist Mike was absolutely spot on. Very knowledgeable, knew his stuff, great laugh, superb company and very diligent. He gave us his contact details in case we were unsure about any of the workings of the motorhome and told us to ring him anytime in the future. The whole process was flawless, outstanding customer service, (apart from the brew making ha ha). They even introduced us to the service team as we booked in our habitation check for next year. I can't applaud this company (Preston branch) enough. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with them. So a special thank you to all the team who engaged with us and a big thank you especially to Phil and Mike for excellent customer service and a quick thanks to Richard also. Cheers all!

The journey home was good and we noticed appreciably quieter than the previous van.. As to the hand over, we have never had a hand over quite like this it’s always been in a car park. We really appreciated the extra trouble you go to at Marquis to make the experience special, and to show the van in its best possible light. Wayne was very knowledgeable and helpful; it was only a shame we didn’t get to see you on the day as we would have liked to thank you again in person for your help in the process. Bought our Auto -Sleeper Campervan from Marquis Preston, plain sailing all the way from purchase to delivery, we had to wait longer than expected but Richard (our contact from Marquis) managed to push it along, he was fab and knows how to look after his customers, always regular updates and good communication, all the staff have been very pleasant and ready to help. We are very happy with our choice of campervan there have been a few challenges with getting used to the new systems but I’m sure if there is a problem the team at Marquis would be ready to help, we will definitely go back when we are ready for camper number 7

Just wanted to send our thanks for the way that you have handled the purchase of our new Coachman caravan. We previously enjoyed motorhome holidays but a change in circumstances meant a caravan would be a better option for us. We were a bit apprehensive about making this move but with your help the transition to a caravan has gone very well. We were delighted with the service we received from Marquis in Preston when we ordered our Mobilvetta K Yacht 90. Dave was really helpful and we sorted our purchase and trade in on our way home to Scotland from the Birmingham motorhome show. The motorhome came with air conditioning, roll out awning and bike rack, a great bonus. We were given regular updates on the expected delivery and were able to plan for our swap over date. Before the handover, we brought our trade in motorhome down for a full inspection. This was completed quickly and we relaxed in the customer area while it was carried out. On swap over day, we had a booked slot and were given a really comprehensive handover, all features were explained and we felt confident that we understood every element of the motorhome. Marquis booked us into a local campsite to let us check that everything was working and to give us the opportunity to return if we did not know how anything worked. Thanks to the handover, this was not a problem. We were given plenty of time to move the contents of our old motorhome to our new one, we were not rushed and all the staff were friendly and attentive. I needed to get additional security added to the motorhome for my insurers, this was ordered and fitted by Marquis at the last minute without any problems. I am really delighted with our Mobilvetta and with Marquis. A great team selling a great product and I have no concerns about after sales service. All in all, I would recommend Preston Marquis.

Turned up at short notice with a serious problem with our 240V power inlet. Andy and his staff were fantastic - sorted the issue out for us and even made us a cuppa!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily use them again, if we were more local! Thanks guys - you really saved our bacon!!

From my first email contact with Daren he has been friendly, helpful and attentive. Emails were always replied to promptly and with comprehensive answers to questions. Having made the decision to purchase our van from Daren he helpfully guided us through the process and kept us up to date with the progress at each stage. When the van was ready for collection Daren kindly picked us up from the airport to take us to his office. The handover and final paperwork was completed by Mike, who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he ensured that we fully understood the workings of our new van. Overall we are extremely happy with the service that we have received from Marquis and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and in particular Daren at the Hampshire branch as the first stop for anyone looking for a Campervan or Motorhome. We recently purchased an Auto-Trail from your Devon Branch and I must say that the service and personal detail we received from Chris was first class. From the time I made contact his attention was excellent, he made you feel that we have known him for ages. He gave us plenty of time to look over potential vans and was there for advice when required. Once we had made our decision his attention did not end there we have been back a few times for other issues and as soon as you enter the building you are remembered and feel like you are a valued customer. There are others who need mentioning "Handover Dave" a very friendly man and full of useful information, we were caravanners who made the plunge to a motorhome so his advice was very welcome indeed. The service team also treat you as if you are their only customer and keep you informed of what is going on. We have only had our motorhome for just over a month and we are looking forward to many memories ahead. Once again thank you for the service to date and we look forward to that continuing in the future which I'm sure will. So thank you Chris and the rest of the team at Marquis Devon and thank you for making us feel very valued.

I had an emergency with the fridge not working on my new motorhome whilst heading off for a weekend. Marquis Preston were on my route so I called and Mike was very helpful and obliging and arranged to fit me in for a test when I passed. When I arrived I was attended to in a very professional manner by Mike and the Service Manager. Special thanks also to Gary the technician who rigorously tested the fridge giving me peace of mind and when asked also fixed my handbrake warning light which had never worked. Well done to all at Marquis Preston for your excellent service.

Our first visit to the Surrey branch was nothing but a pleasurable experience. Having been transferred from the Sussex branch for our habitation service. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful and all done with a smile. The reception staff, service and valet even the passing staff acknowledged our presence and said hello. What a pleasant atmosphere all round, and not forgetting to mention the lovely lady who runs the café, a lovely cooked breakfast and she makes a great cup of tea and coffee. Having the Motorhome cleaned was an unexpected added bonus. We will be back soon for added security for our Motorhome. Thank you to all for an easy transition to the Surrey branch.

The sales team at Marquis Lancashire were very helpful and allowed us to view all types of vehicle making sure we got the right fit for us. We made several to Marquis and unfortunately the original sale person was leaving before we finally made a purchase but we were handed over to Richard who saw us through the final buying process. On the day of hand over Richard passed us over to Mike who went through everything, with regards to the motorhome workings, which left us confident that we would be able to work everything once we got home We were then introduced by Mike to the service and warranty team before returning to Richard for final hand over. We did have a couple of small issues which I dealt with myself but Richard has assured us of his full support should we need it. Buying a Motorhome is expensive and you want to get it right and with the help and knowledge we got from the team at Marquis I believe we've got what is truly right for us. I have recently collected my motorhome from Marquis Surrey following its annual habitation inspection, and full vehicle service and MOT arranged with the Leatherhead Motor Company. There I was wandering the forests of Borneo last summer and had my breakthrough moment: 'Why do I need a 3 bedroom house?' It lead through a great many twists and turns, but at last I have a motorhome and a flat with some travel money left. Went to Marquis where I met such professional and knowledgeable staff who were also incredibly kind and patient. Daren was lovely about waiting for the house sale to release money and my fussing over details. Mike gave very thorough training on my first ever such vehicle, and I set off for 2 nights to focus on all I had learnt. Hit a pothole within a few hundred metres and the reversing mirror fell off... a moment of doubt that was soon swept away as the thing drove like a dream once that was readjusted. The first loading from my house was quite arduous, but now have all key requirements and spare crutches and walker in 'Ivan' so now only have to remember to take my blue badge. It was an exciting two nights in Brockenhurst, with very friendly and helpful neighbours and staff who helped with some key features. I locked myself in the first night, then set off the sensors when I moved - lots of those sort of small points - there is a button in the cab! As I turned the first corner on departure I heard a crashing saucepan and thought 'Oh yes, I forgot to close the wardrobe door' - there are many more small things to home correctly and I continue to enjoy that nesting period. My only disappointment - there is no cup holder in the cab to hold my 'go to coffee' that I always rush around with. But wait, the whole point of this experience is to slow down and relax - and I will be able to pull over and make a fresh coffee whilst I sit and enjoy a new view... a whole new world awaits me!
