  • I was very impressed with the service I received in purchasing my motorhome, including showing me how everything worked, and answering any questions I had when I picked it up. I was also given confidence to phone with any issues or questions on the operation of anything. I did have reason to phone the following day with a query, which was answered very efficiently and politely. I look forward to the same level of service and help in the future in getting my new motorhome serviced and in looking after it.

  • The whole team that we dealt with at Lee Mill were outstanding. Amy as Sales representative was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Richard on the technical side of the handover was extremely helpful and knowledgeable giving clear instructions. He was also helpful with an aftersales phone query.   • Extremely pleased with all aspects of buying our motorhome. Sales team very quick in arranging for motorhome to be transferred from Southampton to Preston branch for us to view. We decided straight away it was what we wanted and there was no sales pressure which was refreshing. Handover date was delayed by a week. However this was due to faults that had been found and needed to be rectified. We were kept updated during this period by Steve and the General Manager. I would recommend your company after receiving an A* service and still receiving an excellent aftersales service.

  • I would like to add that Luke made the whole experience of buying our caravan so effortless. He never pushed for a sale and left me and my husband to look at our leisure. The whole sales team are friendly and approachable. Also I would like to give Gavin praise too of how he demonstrated everything on our caravan. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He helped us put the front cover on before leaving. Hitched the caravan up to the car for us. He is a great asset to the company. Luke apologized for not being there on our handover and bought us a box of chocolates to say sorry. But he left us in the capable hands of

  • We cannot fault the service we received from the sales and aftersales staff at the Durham branch. We would recommend any of our family or friends to Marquis. In our opinion there is no need for improvement with the Durham branch, everything we asked was answered thoroughly and courteously and demonstrated to make our first time owning a caravan stress free and pleasurable.

  • As new customers we only went to Preston branch to look at the motorhomes in stock and to spend a few hours while waiting for a vet appointment. After a while we met the sales person Thomas. His professional attitude and manner, his no pressure and friendly way, we ended up going home and after a few days we realised the motorhome that he showed us was for us. We rang and spoke with the manager, he told us Thomas was off that day and he arranged to have a motorhome brought to Preston. We met up again with Thomas and we bought the motorhome. We are very please up to now with it and we ere also very pleased with your excellent staff.

  • This is the second van we have bought from Marquis. Both time dealt with Gareth which has always been a pleasant experience.
