Brilliant sales and handover service from Dave and Mike at Marquis Preston. Dave was very helpful through the purchase process and was always on hand to answer questions, not only about the van but more broadly about insurance, tracking systems, TVs, good sites, and loads of really useful tips. On collection, Mike spent nearly 2 hours with us giving us a really comprehensive walk through of everything we needed to know about the van during the handover. He suggested we film him giving the demo, which was such a great idea as there was so much to take in, as we are new to this. Mike clearly had a wealth of experience and was incredibly patient and thorough. The way he went through everything was very logical and structured and communicated clearly. He gave us a lot of confidence in taking our van out for our first trip. Looking forward to making our first trip. I'm hoping our experience with after sales is just as good.

We were looking for our 11th motorhome, and had narrowed it down to a couple of Benimar models, which are exclusive available from Marquis group. On our first visit I expected a keen sales presence but we were given space and time to look around at our own pace. When we needed help, for example unlocking some motorhomes, we received excellent service from Chris and his team. Graham was given the task of negotiating our sale, we are industry experts, and Graham was the perfect choice. The handover given by John was informative and well structured.

We would highly recommend Marquis For purchasing a motorhome and any ongoing servicing. An extremely friendly and efficient team.

We had to take our motorhome in to Marquis Preston today due to an electrical issue. Diane was super friendly and helpful from the initial phone call to book in, booking us in and explaining what was found. Ben quickly found the problem and fixed it. All done within the hour! Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Very grateful for them all making it a quick and easy experience.

Had my Motorhome MOT'd here. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, in the workshop and Service Desk. Well stocked shop.

Whilst Marquis Northants did not supply my Elddis Crusader Storm, I took it there for them to replace the panoramic window which had somehow sustained a crack. The replacement of these windows is not an easy job as they are fixed in place with adhesive rather than mechanical fixings. Despite the job taking longer than quoted the replacement was performed very well and professionally. I found all of the staff to be efficient, polite and helpful.

Marquis were great with our caravan. Went the extra mile to solve our damp issue. Would definitely recommend.

I have always found service and sales staff at Marquis Hampshire helpful and friendly, whether it’s for purchase or service. From the valet team through to the branch manager Richard, always made to feel welcome!

We have just put a deposit down on a used caravan. This is the 3rd caravan we have bought from this caravan dealer formally known as Michael Jordon. They have always been and still are very professional and helpful. Our Salesman was Graham who was delightful and just the perfect person to deal with when purchasing a caravan. We couldn’t ask for an easier experience. We are excited and looking forward to collecting it in the coming weeks. Well done Marquis motohomes and caravans !!!
