Amy Stone at Service Reception was very personable and efficient throughout delivery and collection. I also spoke to Charlotte on the phone to check progress and she too was very helpful and customer focused. The paperwork was comprehensive and detailed recording the work and checks carried out. I really appreciate the external clean, especially the roof, which accumulates moss at home during the winter. Many thanks Marquis!

Our service was prebooked when we bought our new van from Marquis in 2024. Received several email reminders ahead of the appointed date and was able to drop off a day early as it was more convenient for me. On collection everything was clearly explained and next years service booked. Met the technician who carried out the service, very friendly and confidence inspiring. 5 star service all round.

I have been a loyal customer with Marquis Suffolk for many years, they’ve always been spot on with identifying and sorting any problems. On this occasion, my freezer was causing problems, that problem came to light a couple of weeks before my departure on a 3 month EU trek. I was concerned I might have to delay or cancel. Steve in service, and Gavin in the workshop went above and beyond, the problem PCB had to be replaced, a new part was sourced, and replaced without any fuss or ado... I was informed that my trip would go ahead whatever, Gavin was planning to borrow a part from another van if necessary... I’ve experienced this high level of service from Steve and co on a few occasions. I’m pleased to say that I’m highly impressed with their level of care... I’m typing this from a site in Breda, now well into my trek. I spoke to a potential customer in their yard, he asked me what I thought of the branch...
