  • During the process we visited 3 of your units. We found all staff very helpful but our first contact in Berkshire was perfect. He was helpful, attentive, honest and amusing. The staff at Durham were very welcoming and organised. The technicians handled a last minute problem with the cab blinds in a real "Can Do" manner, negating a possible follow-up job. Most impressive.

  • One of the best sales and aftersales process I have experienced. We are all used to lovely sales but too often aftersales doesn't match up, however we have been very much looked after. Lots of those small niggles have been sorted and there has been no fussing or suggestion we were not welcome. I hope you continue in the same way as it is an excellent and efficient service.

  • Have found both the Tewkesbury and Hampshire branches very helpful. Sales staff at both branches spent a lot of time with us. The handover of our new motorhome was extremely helpful. We deliberately travelled a long way to buy the Marquis version of the Elddis motorhome rather than the makers standard product. The standard version was available locally. We are VERY pleased with the motorhome.
