  • We first went to a motorhome show at Preston and were very impressed as we have always wanted a motorhome. So now we are really happy and can't wait to get away again. Actually we saw a motorhome at that show and were going to buy it but someone got there before us and bought it. So I looked on line and found a couple that I liked. The van was brought to Preston so that we could look at it and that was it SOLD. We fell in love with it straight away.

  • Our experience with your guys in Preston was outstanding. We dealt mainly with Rob and he was a pleasure to deal with. We had a bad experience at another motorhome outlet and Rob went out of his way to make sure we didn't have any problems. I have and will again deal with Marquis. If you do or have a bonus scheme or something similar I would recommend the team at Preston.

  • We were more than satisfied with the purchase of our motorhome. The time, patience and understanding shown by the sales team was beyond expectation. Nothing was too much trouble and the final deal was arrived at without any hassle. Subsequent dealings with the branch have been warm and friendly (not always the case elsewhere).   • Overall my experience with the Marquis branch at Birtley has been very impressive. in particular Nick Condon who from our first meeting has been very helpful and professional. My hardest job with him was getting him to call me Malcolm instead of Mr Mackenzie. As a previous sales director I would have happily employed him. Also Paul Newland the technical guy was excellent - very reassuring as this was my first camper van.

  • Staff at Lee Mill are amazing, couldn't do enough to help. The bringing of the caravan from Surrey to Plymouth was a brilliant idea especially for me. Best service I've received from a company in a very long time.   • We cannot believe how good your company is. The salesman Adam has been exceptional all the way. The specification of the motorhome, with Marquis additions is to such a high standard. The prices seemed reasonable and the whole sales/purchase experience could not have been better. We are totally new to this activity and were concerned that salesmen would try to just 'sell and go'. Two of your competitors at NEC were exactly like this, but Marquis /Adam really did seem to care and did their very best to point out everything we needed to know. We would have no problem recommending your company to anyone, we plan to upgrade in 3 years and would not consider going elsewhere. Having had the motorhome several weeks now we remain completely happy with what we chose (M175) and look forward to using it next week.

  • Despite having a good idea of our needs, this was still a daunting process until we met John and his team. They made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. The team feel more like friends than just salesmen. You are made to feel so welcome and not pressurised at all. John made such an effort to make the handover special as he knew it was a surprise for our children. I know this reads like an advert for Marquis but this is genuinely how we feel as a family.   • We first met Paul White at the Birmingham NEC motor show. During that time and all other occasions, he, as has his colleagues, been exemplary, informative; listened to what we were looking for; extremely helpful and kind. Bearing in mind we were looking for secondhand - Paul got it completely right first time. Paul and Adam have gone more than the extra mile in helping us. We have never owned a motorhome before and we had more than the usual amount of questions and worries then probably most people have. Noting has been too much trouble. Not only are we happy for Marquis to look after our motorhome, but we will be looking to Paul/Adam to find us another one (replacement) in a few years time. We need more people like Paul and Adam.
