The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority so the Covid Safe practices that we have had in place will remain so you can browse and enjoy a safe and comfortable experience when you visit any of our 13 branches for sales or servicing.
Book in advance where possible
Where possible we advise you to book a personal viewing appointment with one of our sales representatives in advance of your visit. This will avoid any waiting as we can get your desired vehicle ready and sanitised ahead of your visit. Please note the Service Department is by appointment only.
Please remember to wear your face covering (unless exempt) and gloves for safe viewings of our vehicles, accessory shop and indoor public areas.
Use our hand cleaning/sanitising facilities
We have onsite hand sanitising and washing facilities which we ask you please use regularly throughout your visit & wash hands when possible for at least 20 seconds.
Maintain 2m distance at all times
Please adhere to social distancing guidelines indoors and outdoors. Please respect other’s safety and only enter vehicles with others in your bubble and do not enter if others are already in the vehicle. Your patience is appreciated during busier times and you may be required to queue safely to view certain vehicles.
Through our website you can browse our fantastic stock & special offers, reserve a motorhome or caravan and arrange safe collection at your local branch. Our handovers will now take a virtual course and be pre-recorded giving a contactless and hygienic handover on collection. Covid-19 Update - Service Centres
We are currently asking our customers to empty vehicles while in our care. We feel it is essential for the safety of our technicians and customers.
By emptying the contents of your motorhome or caravan, it will limit the possibility of cross contamination, and allow the technician to perform tasks in a prompt and effective manner.
All of our Service Centre Teams are wearing masks and gloves when dealing with your vehicle, and all vehicles are sanitised before collection.
We hope by installing these processes in our Service Centres and Workshops we can keep our customers and staff safe.
