Jasmine has always been polite, honest and friendly and especially helpful in overcoming the problems with a faulty fridge.

Just to say a big thank you to Steve at Marquis Suffolk for my water pump pack in my motorhome, he went out of his way to help me. Top man, Steve much appreciated.

All staff were helpful and very knowledgeable at all times. We found Mike (service technician) to be thorough and patient during handover and we have contacted him on a few occasions since for ongoing advice. Mike was always very helpful.

Martin was excellent from start to finish. Excellent service throughout and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Very helpful staff. My endless emails always answered promptly. Fantastic service all round. Team at Exeter are very helpful, aftersales very good - got follow up calls to check all was ok. I had a water cap issue and was able to drop by the branch and it was fixed there and then. Great service. I've used other dealers before and did not get the same treatment.

Sales team very helpful, when you walked in everyone was polite with a smile and ready to help, nothing was an issue.

I would just like to say thanks to Pierce at Gomshall for his help to find a small Lock part for my Auto-Trail motorhome, which I have been trying to find everywhere. Most companies were not interested in helping source this small part, so it is nice to find a company who helps out the customer no matter what size the order is. Excellent service!!

Grateful thanks to Marquis Durham! Drop down bed on our Benimar Tessoro wasn't working - long way from home, mid- touring holiday. Noticed we were passing close to Marquis Durham and phoned to see if they would take a look at short notice. Helpful service woman advised us to drop by and they would see what could be done. Arrived 2 hours later, same service woman called the service centre and shortly, very courteous young man came over, examined the bed and promptly identified a stuck micro switch - sorted in minutes and on our way to enjoy rest of holiday armed with some useful tips. Thank you and well done.

I have just collected my motorhome from your service centre in Tewkesbury, it has been there having significant warranty work completed along with none warranty work and a service. I would like to praise the service I have received from them it has been outstanding and a credit to your company. From start to finish they have been helpful and have kept me informed. Claire has contacted me as promised and the work has been completed as requested. This was the first time of using Marquis as I have recently moved down from Scotland and the dealership Elddis had suggested I use close to my home let me down terribly when it came to warranty work and some servicing, however Marquis came to the rescue. Very refreshing to get such excellent service and you have now got a customer who will purchase from you in the future as well as telling friends and family. Please can you pass on my sincere appreciation to your Tewkesbury centre, as sometimes a thank you is not enough.

I wanted to pass on my grateful thanks for the work carried out by the team at Marquis Sussex. Especially by Rob, Richard and Chloe. I recently bought a 2012 Sussex Duo from the branch that had numerous faults that were not easy to spot on the initial inspection with the salesperson. However, the team worked their way through my list of problems and finally all the problems were solved, and now we have the campervan we have always dreamed of.
