  • We had spent quite a while looking at caravans when we visited Marquis at Preston. Rob was on hand with help and advice but also happy to let us wander around on our own without pressuring sales patter! His customer service throughout was excellent and was a contributing factor in the sale of our caravan. After sales service has also been excellent. We would recommend Rob at Marquis to anyone interested in buying a caravan for good service with excellent aftersales service.

  • We cannot speak highly enough of Mark Baldwin and the rest of the friendly bunch at Marquis Berkshire. Purchasing one's first motorhome is a daunting prospect, even when doing so has been a longstanding ambition. But from the point at which we placed our order at the NEC last Autumn through to taking possession of the vehicle (earlier than expected, we should add), we have been impressed with the levels of communication and service throughout, particularly the efficient but thorough hand-over process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  • We liked the caravan from details on the internet. Telephoned to see if it was still for sale and arranged to view it on a particular day and time suit (think same day as call). Very impressed with the overall appearance of the dealership and the friendly approach from all the staff. The caravan was attached to electrics and was lit up and warm.   • I can't think of any improvements you can make. The whole experience was very relaxed, with absolutely no pressure from the sales team, this includes the people at your South Yorkshire branch. It was especially nice when Steve Smith from Preston branch recognised us as we visited the NEC show over the time we were researching. Steve's help and patience was invaluable, so much so that once we had made up our minds, it had to be Steve we went to!

  • This is our first dealing with your company. On first meeting your sales staff at your Tewskesbury dealership, we were very impressed by their courtesy, patience and knowledge. We were made to feel that we were a valued prospective customer. We were lucky that having done our own research into the type of layout, size, berth, price etc. that we wanted Johnathan Guth patiently spent time looking through stock for our choice of motorhome. One dealership my wife and I visited had our desired choice at another of their dealership some 50-60 miles away. Asking if they could bring it to their location, they refused, telling us if we wanted to view it we would have to drive to the other dealership. We were therefore surprised when Johnathan said that they would collect a motorhome from one of your other branches and take it to Tewkesbury for us to view at our convenience. Your staff at Tewkesbury made the sales transaction easy & without any stress. My wife and I agree that we would happily deal with Marquis again. Well done to your staff at the Tewkesbury branch.

  • Could not fault anything with the purchase of our motorhome. The sales person who dealt with us from start to finish was excellent and courteous, made us feel comfortable and was helpful throughout. The receptionist was very friendly and made us a cup of tea at each visit to the showroom. Other members of the team were also friendly and made us very comfortable whilst waiting to be seen by the sales person who was dealing with our purchase.
